1. “True Story”
True Star
The quality of the album far surpasses others and its sound is brilliant consistently. They have sophisticated urban taste, but not fashionable and it makes their music strong and cool. The album dedicated to “the relationship between man and woman, trust, separation and time”, and tell us about “life and love”. Their old collaborator Maestro A-Sid joined the album. If you like it, I recommend you their 3rd album “Годы Холостые(2011)”.
完成度の高さという点でダントツに目立つ１枚。サウンドが一貫して素晴らしいのは、1 MC & 2 beatmakersというメンバー構成も影響しているかもしれない。洗練された都会的要素を持ちながらも、おしゃれ感が全く無いところが力強い。テーマは”男女関係、信頼、別離そして時間、命、つまりは愛、つまりは人生”（インタビューより）。結成当初からの仲間Maestro A-sidも参加している。もしこのアルバムが気に入ったら、彼らの3rdアルバムГоды Холостые(2011)もお勧めする。

2. “Blueberry”

I think this is a very unique hip-hop album not only this year, but always. Very interesting that how listened to the album who knows Rem Digga from his debut. “Melodius” isn’t the word for him. The sound along his own route and flows on like a one story. Let’s compare this album with his album “Crocodile says”, which also released in 2012.
Rem Diggaをデビュー当初から聴いている人の耳にはどう届いたのか気になるが、これがRem Diggaとの出会いになった人にも驚きを与えたに違いない１枚。今年に限らず相当異色なHip-hop/Rapアルバムだと言えると思う。そこにはメロディアスという言葉では形容できない流れがあって、全てはその中に組み込まれ、一つのストーリーのように語られていく。今年の始めに発表された”Крокодил говорит”も後から聴いてみると面白い。

3. “Better than yesterday”
Lion
These 2 albums↑↑ both have sense of unity, but Lion’s new album has lots of varieties. Basta, Guf and Fuze and more artists make the album luxury, but in actually this ukrainian rapper has a special presence and it’s really clear that only his attraction gathered many‐talented people. He doesn’t force his style on others. But he shows his confidence in a different way.
上の２枚が統一感のあるアルバムだったとすると、このLionの新譜はバラエティに富んだところが楽しい1枚。バスタ、Gufやフューズ との共演が相当豪華な出来にしている感もありつつ、彼らがLionのアルバムに自ら望んで参加した気配も強く感じられる。それくらいこのウクライナのラッパーの存在感とセンスには特別なものがあって、自分のスタイルを突きつけるのとはまた違うやり方で、その自信を示しているようでもある。
